Rubber Splice is a strong and flexible splice which is a composition of rubber structure, with strong textile plies and metal inserts, which allows installation with steel screws. There are different types of rubber splice for different uses like Abresion Resistant (AR), Heat Resistant (HR) 150 °C, High Temp. Resistant (HTR), Cold Resistant (LTR), Oil and Grease Resistant (OR), Oil and MOR Resistant, Fire Resistant (FR).
- Quick and easy installation
- No need for power on site to install(lithium batery needed)
- No need for expensive equipment
- Special self-taping screw: Aviod damaging the carcass
- The carcass’s structure is similar to that of the conveyor belt, but stronger.
- The splicing have good flexibility
- Abresion Resistant (AR): Suitable for most abrasion and general use occasions DIN abrasion index: ≤90 mm3
- Heat Resistant (HR): Suitable for conveying materials up to 150 °C, such as pellets, sinkers and clinker
- Hight Temperature Resistant (HTR): Suitable for conveying materials up to 200 °C, such as pellets, sinkers and clinker
- Low Temperature Resistant (LTR): Suitable for material transportation in cold environment, cold resistant temperature ≥-45 °C
- Oil Resistant (OR): Suitable for conveying oily materials such as wood, oil and urban solid waste
- Fire Resistant (FR): Suitable for material transportation under environments such as power plants, coal mines and underground mines
